“DRIVER, MOVE THAT BUS…..”
Hickman Metal Roofing was the roofer of choice for ABC’s Extreme Home Makeover when Ty Pennington came to Gainesville, Florida to produce an episode. On December 7, 2009, hundreds of builders, tradesman, and volunteers joined together to build a project home for “Extreme Home Makeover” in association with ABC.
Hickman Metal Roofing, being the premiere metal roofing company in North Central Florida, rose to the occasion and donated blood, sweat, and tears for the project which was finished in just 15 hours from when building commenced.
“The entire project was a once-in-a-lifetime experience with which Hickman Metal Roofing was proud to be a part,” said Don Hickman, President and Owner. Hickman Metal Roofing donated more than 264 man hours, 5500 feet of roofing product for the project.
The Extreme Home Makeover episode was aired on ABC on February 21, 2010.
